Do you ship overseas?
Located in Phuket, we can accommodate urgent orders whenever possible using stock ready and/or branded towels. Reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to meet your needs. In general, we ship worldwide, with shipping and import costs determined based on your location and order details.
What is the minimum order quantity for customized towels?
Our minimum for custom orders starts at 50 towels. Packaging options vary based on the exact quantity. We recommend to use our standard boxing system when orders aren't exceeding 100 pieces
How long does production take?
Typical turnaround time is 2–3 weeks, depending on order quantity and design complexity. To ensure the best possible result, we recommend allocating sufficient time for the production of a sample. This will give you better control over the final outcome and ensure everything meets your expectations.
